I Still Can’t Find You

I Still Can’t Find You

Impossibility was a whim I could never fully understand.

I used to survive these miasmic nights, and even let

my fears run deep in my hands without letting them

betray my abhorrence for pain. But now, I struggle to

keep my blood in my veins, and my thoughts are

paralyzed on the illusion of your existence. My stitches

are showing, and this body is no longer home, but

I still can’t find you. Perhaps, impossibility is

the only reality for both of us.
